Nutrition Therapy with the Chiropractic Internist

As one of my foundations for health, the chemical foundation or nutrition is important for optimal health.  When I say chemical foundation there are good chemicals and bad chemicals.  Good chemicals are the vitamins and minerals and glandulars that we know about.  Bad chemicals may range from pesticides, foreign antibiotics, hormones, to environmental pollution.  We can not survive without a proper balance of nutrition.  Too much or too little nutrition will lead to an imbalance, and may be displayed as obesity, or aggression for example.

We strive to improve the state of your body with good, pure organic nutrients and expel the bad chemicals through our several detoxification protocols.

Dr. Alan Asks some important questions of interest to Darien residents - Chiropractor Darien Dr. Alan Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
